How do I place an order?
How much does ordering through Strapworks Custom cost?
We aim to keep prices affordable for even our smallest clients. Because every order is unique, please submit a request for quote and we will be in touch within two business days. While we do allot a small amount of time for answering questions and preparing your project, we may charge consultation fees, design fees, or drawing fees at a rate of $35/hour. Your representative will let you know if you are approaching paid consultation time.
When is Payment Due?
Payment is due when you place your order. Production on your order will not be started until payment is received. For qualified customers, we can offer Net Terms payment arrangements. For more information on Net Terms and how to apply, please ask your account representative.
How do I pay for my order?
We offer several options for settling your payment, including Credit Card, ACH Check, and PayPal. Please call us at 510-592-6810 and reference your invoice number(s) so that we may apply your payments to your order.
If you are a Net Terms customer, please contact our Accounts Receivable department at 541-357-3440 to pay via card or for information on how you may submit a payment via ACH.
